We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.


We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 20 days after the receipt of the product. However, All items priced under $15.99 cannot be refunded or exchanged. No exceptions will be made.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.

Merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn and must be in original packaging with tags attached.

All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.(The return shipping cost is determined by the logistics method selected by the consumer)
For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept exchanges or returns of earrings, cosmetics, lingerie sets, swimwear,panties, tights or similar intimate items. These items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund, unless a customer received a wrong item or the item was faulty.
Customer service may offer a cash coupon for your return. Please note, items purchased with coupons are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sorry, you will not receive a refund for your original charge until we receive your returned item.


If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:

Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
